Yukari Hayasaka:
Dark hair, tall, and haughty: these are the three most important things about Yukari. Her first appereance in the manga she's not nice at all with the Paradise Kiss members, but the during the manga she becomes a little more friendly with them.
She seems to be in love with Hiroyuki Tokumori, but actually is probably feeling something for George too.

Miwako Sakurada:
Daughter of a famous photographer (Hirohiko Sakurada) and of a famous mangaka (Ruriko Koda), she has a famous sister too, who created the well-known brand Happy-Berry (Mikako Sakurada).
She would like to become a famous stylist like her sister, but as she says to Yukari, she's not so good at designing as her sister.
Anyway, her character is positive and open; she seems to have only one regret, related with Tokumori.

Arashi Nagase:
He's son of a famous guitarist: Takeshi Nagase, and her mother was the best friend of Miwako's sister when they attended the high schools.
Arashi is a punk rocker like his parents, and he has a stormy character, like his name's meaning, but he can be sweet (Like Miwako - his girlfriend - says to Yukari).

George Koizumi:
The header and designer of the group Paradise Kiss, George is also one of the best students of the Yazagaku.
He has blue hair and blue eyes, and this makes him a strange looking guy.
His real name is Joji, but every of his friends call him George, for a matter of style.
The character of George is also Yazawa-sensei's personal quotation from Velvet Goldmine, which is one of her favourite film.

Isabella:
Isabella is a man, and we don't know her real name. She is the wisest of all the characters and tries to keep the peace between the members. ^^;
Recently, in a flashback, Yazawa-sensei explained that it was George who firstly made a woman dress for her, when they were little children, and since then, Isabella decided to be a woman.
[Note: I am aware that it would be more correct to use male pronouns for Isabella rather than female ones. But since she wants to be a woman, I will use female nouns].
