This plushie is taken form another Yazawa-sensei's manga: Tenshi nanka ja nai (I'm not an angel). The name comes from one the main characters of the said manga. (name info: thanks Misato-san!) * Note 2 - Obento is the japanes word for the luch-boxes. The fact that Mariko prepared it for two means they are going steady, above all in front of the others. The word "obento" is used only by girls, while boys use only "bento". In some cases a girl using the word "bento" could result really rude. ^^; * Note 3 - For japanese youngs it's normal for the couples having lunch together, it's a sorta of "status quo". So the fact that Tsutomu and Mariko have lunch together is a proof of the fact they are a couple. The same thing applies if they weren't a couple: they would be easily mistaked for a couple for the simple fact that they take lunch together.
